PVC suction hose extrusion line

Features:

This line is designed to produce PVC spiral reinforced hose and it uses big L／D screw and barrel itensures plasticization quality and product high degree transparency．It consists two extruders, forming unit, bath, winder, the wall of which is soft PVC and rigid PVC helix as reinforced, featuring extrudsion resistance, corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance, anti-bending, good negotiability, so it is suitable to convery gas, liquid and powder, widely used in industry, agriculture, construction and irrigation ,etc.
Spiral forming machine adopts frequency convertor. It has stable winding speed and convenient adjustment.Special designed compound die，plastic tendon and composite layer composites uniform.
